About On Cue Co.
Meet the person
behind the scenes
Hey, I'm Beth.
I chose to become a virtual assistant because I don’t want to simply work for people — I want to work with them.

I love the organising. I love the creating. I love taking a messy collection of ideas and turning it into something that actually works.

That’s where On Cue Co. came from.
A little about my background…

I'm a creative at heart, a bit of an organisation enthusiast and someone who genuinely loves getting to know people and what makes them tick. Alongside running On Cue Co., I'm also an actor, so my world has always been a mix of creativity, juggling lots of moving parts and figuring things out as I go.

I created On Cue Co. because I wanted to bring together the things I love most — being creative, getting things organised and helping people.

I know how much time, energy and heart goes into building something of your own, and I love the idea of being the person who helps make that journey feel a little less overwhelming.

But there's a little more to my story than that…
A few hats,
a lot of experience.
If there's one thing my work life has taught me, it's how to wear many different hats!
Each role, project and experience has shaped the way I work today — giving me a mix of creativity, organisation, people skills and adaptability that I now bring to On Cue Co.
Acting
Being an actor involves a whole lot more behind the scenes than you might think.

From reaching out to casting directors
and building professional relationships, to managing auditions, self-tapes, recalls, emails, diaries, finances and social media
— I'm constantly balancing the creative
and organisational sides of my career.
There's also researching opportunities, creating my own work, keeping up with training and making sure everything from headshots and showreels to invoices and project files are organised.

Hospitality
I've spent over seven years working in hospitality, from small, cosy cafés to busy London restaurants.
It taught me how to think on my feet, multitask, communicate with all sorts of people and keep things running smoothly when everything gets a little hectic.
1-1 Support
I've worked in schools supporting children with special educational needs and neurodivergent children, provided care for people with disabilities, and worked as a welfare assistant within a debt enforcement agency.
These roles have shaped the way I work with people — with patience, empathy and an understanding that everyone's needs and circumstances are different.
Luxury Retail
I've worked in sales and hosting at Harrods and Loewe, which gave me an insight into high-quality customer service, attention to detail and creating a positive experience for every person I met.
Theatre Company Management
I've also helped manage a theatre
company touring across the UK and
Ireland. This experience strengthened my organisational skills, adaptability and
problem-solving abilities, as well as my
ability to keep lots of moving parts
running smoothly.
Okay, but who am I
actually working with?

Press play to get to know me,

No corporate waffle,
just me.
MORE THAN JUST
AN EXTRA PAIR OF HANDS
For me, being a virtual assistant isn't just about ticking things off a to-do list.
It's about getting to know you, understanding how you work and finding ways to make your day-to-day feel a little easier.

Whether that's bringing some order to a chaotic inbox, helping turn your ideas into content or keeping your email marketing moving, I want to be someone you can genuinely rely on.

Someone who notices the little things, brings ideas to the table and cares about doing a good job.

I know that every business is different, and I don't believe support should be one-size-fits-all. I want to understand what's important to you, what's taking up too much of your time and where an extra pair of hands could make a real difference.

Because good support should feel like someone's working alongside you, not just working through a list of tasks.
Think of me as your
behind-the-scenes
best mate - here to
make your business
run smoother and
your life a little
lighter.
I DON'T DO
CORPORATE.
I don't want On Cue Co. to feel like
another faceless business service.
I think the world needs more colour,
more personality and more connection.
So that's what I'm bringing into my work.

No stiff emails, unnecessary jargon or
pretending everything has to be serious
all the time.

Just friendly, thoughtful support, open
communication and someone who's happy
to have a laugh along the way.
Professional? Absolutely. But that doesn't
mean we can't be ourselves!

A little more fun.
A little more honesty.
A lot more productivity.
WHAT I REALLY WANT
FOR MY CLIENTS
More breathing room. Fewer things hanging over your head. And more time for the things that made you start your business in the first place.
Working with your clients

Creating
Growing your business

Looking after yourself
I want you to feel supported, understood and confident that the little things are being taken care of.
Because running a business should leave room for the exciting bits too.
A little less overwhelm, and a lot more space to do what you love.
